OME’s Executive Director, Stephen Hunnewell, helped review and worked with Dr. Sam Blazek in drafting this recent piece for GeoTech Center, Atlantic council, on SCOTCH: A framework for rapidly assessing influence operations.
In fact, the intention of this piece as Dr. Blazek described, is to offer those charged with countering disinformation, a simple framework for summarizing their observations in a complex and evolving information environment; as well as to help researchers and operators bridge the language and concept gap with a shared syntax.
